1. Returns & Exchanges
All products are unique and produced once ordered. For this reason, we are unable to support returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or design was selected, or if you simply changed your mind.
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or refund. To qualify:
You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
Provide a clear photo showing the issue using our “Submit Issue” form.
For orders with multiple defective items, additional photos or videos of all affected items in one frame may be required.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your card, account balance or returned to your original payment method.
Please note that if your billing currency is not USD, the refund will go directly to your original payment source.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
4. Print Tolerances & Design Variations
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a print placement tolerance of 0.5 inches is allowed. Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
5. Unsuccessful Deliveries
In cases of unsuccessful delivery:
You may opt for a reprint at an additional charge or request a partial refund.
